Design Oversight

Construction Phase

  • Review submittals and respond to requests for information (“RFIs”) during construction

  • Lead owner architect contractor (“OAC”) meetings to review schedule, cost, and design questions

  • Review monthly draws to compare percent complete to actual construction

  • Prepare monthly financials and process invoices

  • Quality and workmanship inspections and reports

  • Review any requests for change orders to ensure it is a true change and reasonable cost

Close-Out Phase

  • Review all warranty documents

  • Consolidate all sub-contractor information and contacts

  • Create preventative maintenance binder

  • Set-up training program for management company
